When you occupy the entire house of Nina   you privatize the

4 bedrooms and indoor and outdoor living spaces. 

This 140 m2 cocoon   has been designed to relax, slow down and enjoy the house and garden with your friends and family. My house is ideally located at a maximum of 30 km to do fun and original activities with family and or friends. 

  In the garden of 3000 m2, planted and fenced, out of sight, close to a motorway exit and yet in the countryside - swim - relax _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_- faites  un barbecue,  bronzez ou de lisez sur  la grande terrasse  en bois while watching others having fun. Play ping-pong or badminton or rent the bikes and helmets that Nina makes available to you on request.

On the ground floor :
- A   cozy living room of 35 m2   and a very well equipped, bright kitchen with a view of the garden and the swimming pool which are entirely at your disposal, therefore private. All completely fenced and out of sight of neighbors.

3   double rooms with quality French bedding in  1 x 160 x 200

- The "CLAIRE  " room is a double room   with a 1 x 160 x 200 bed with balcony and fireplace, TV and air conditioning, possibility of installing a cot or extra bed, lovely view of the garden and majestic lime trees.
- The “SOLEIL  ” room is a double room with   2 beds x  90 x 200, bright, nice view of the garden air conditioner
- The "ARTIST  " room is a double room, bright, air-conditioned.  
 

In total you have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the house. 

Outsideyou will also find various games for all ages.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer   and the necessary maintenance.
- 2 bathrooms, including 1 with Italian shower and wc. The other bath is equipped with a   whirlpool bath, shower and wc

You have deck chairs, parasols, a wooden terrace with outdoor furniture and a shaded area with barbecue, an authentic guinguette-style hangar with fan, table, chairs, chest of drawers equipped with crockery and a fridge with freezer which will save you from going to the kitchen (although it is very close). 

AU WELCOME, we are “Pets friendly” .. on request. we allow small dogs and cats on the condition that you do not let dogs into the bedrooms and that you provide the necessary carpet for him if he has to enter the living room . 

Linen is included in the reservation (Bed linen and towels).
